A container ideal for local Household Hazardous Waste collection events. The HHW Box has unique dimensions designed for the collection of paint waste during HHW events. Ideal for collection of all other HHW wastes as well. This box holds a 2,400 pound capacity for Packaging Groups I, II, and III. The unique dimensions of this box, (Cubic Meter), make it extremely cost-effective when packing additional waste, and fills out a standard trailer more efficiently. Complete with rigid triple wall construction, and a high density polyethylene liner. A flap top closure which provides an easy method of opening, and closing. This container is proven, and acceptable within the hazardous waste disposal process.
The cubic meter boxes can be double stacked, reducing the storage space once full. They also reduce storage space by up to 90% when compared to the equivalent number of drums.
HHW boxes are commonly used in the removal of filters, debris, soil, dust, filter cakes, WWT sludge, resins and paints, adhesives, asbestos, e-waste, spent rags, pesticides, batteries, mercury switches, and thermostats.
