The Starbox2000-K is a standard container for numerous applications. An alternative version of the Cubic Yard Haz Box, the Starbox2000 offers a 2,000 lb. (1 ton) capacity for Packaging Groups I, II, and III. The outer coating of this box is safety yellow. A pallet is required for ease of movement with a standard forklift/pallet-jack. Complete with rigid triple wall construction. A high-density polyethylene liner is included. A flap top closure allows for ease of opening & closing. This container is proven and acceptable within the hazardous waste disposal process.
The Star box 2000 boxes can be double stacked, reducing the storage space once full. They also reduce storage space by up to 90% when compared to the equivalent number of drums.
StarBox2000-K boxes are commonly used in the removal of filters, debris, soil, dust, filter cakes, WWT sludge, resins and paints, adhesives, asbestos, e-waste, spent rags, pesticides, batteries, mercury switches, and thermostats.
